Peacepath Groups: the Documentary

When you feel your life is a burden more than a hope, when you feel deep down in your bones that your lifestyle does not match your desire for relief and happiness, the “Peacepath” project could be the answer you were waiting for, perhaps even unconsciously.

This documentary was made to bring you the stories of women and men who have already decided to give themselves a new chance of delving into the meaning of their existence.

Always in a hurry, we push ourselves to the limit so that we often break down into pieces and, thus fragmented, we lose our identity. In an attempt to get back on track, we may undertake psychotherapy, believing that our unease is all about psychological problems. But sometimes we perceive that something is missing. Our restless souls tell us to dig deeper inside our hearts in order to get in touch with our spiritual dimension.

Paying attention to our suffering is the first requirement for changing. But we cannot do it on our own. As human beings we need to walk together. The discomfort in our soul echoes what is going on in society at large. This is why we need to look at human behaviour in this day and age and root it back in history so as to better understand the stumbling blocks we face every day.

The “Peacepath” project is basically a useful practical tool that gives us the opportunity to look inside ourselves, in coping with the fears and anxieties that shake our lives, both as individuals and consequently as a society.

Watching this documentary, you will be listening to the passionate and enthusiastic voices on the ground, first-hand experiences of people who have chosen to go along this path and discover a new lease of life. There is no quick fix of course, no magic wand that can transform your existence overnight, as you will hear from the interviewees. Instead, the Peacepath is a down-to-earth method which you should follow painstakingly every day, being aware of the difficulty of honing your sensitivity in order to reconnect to your own real Self founded on the Spirit of Truth. As a result, bit by bit, you will start feeling a deeper sense of fulfillment that will be mirrored in more satisfactory relationships.

And now enjoy the film!

The documentary is in Italian but you can read the English subtitles.
